No Sex Ed. vs False Sex Ed

For starters, the Sex For Pleasure opened my mind to thinking between the two extremes of openly discussing sex with your children and not discussing it at all. Growing up, I struggled with bladder infections and the day I felt one coming on at school was terrifying. The word Vagina was never used in my household and I had NO idea how to tell a teacher/nurse what was going on down there.

If I have kids, I don't want them to feel so taboo about their body parts that they're fearful when they need help.

Second, I was taken back by the idea of the school teaching the children false information about HIV. False info is NOT taking preventative measures!
